Please suggest on following issues related to DNS SRV; 1. Is it best practice not to include the SIP Port in Request-URI, To and From field (of REGISTER, INVITE etc) when SIP domain port is resolved using DNS SRV query? Is there any harm if we don't include the SIP port in Request-URI, To and >From field (of REGISTER etc) when SIP domain port is resolved using DNS SRV query? 2. Which domain should be used in SIP messages (INVITE, REGISTER etc) viz actual configured domain or domain resolved using DNS SRV. E.g., if domain xyz.com is configured in UAC and domain resolved using DNS SRV query is xyz.123.com, which domain should be used in SIP message viz xyz.com or xyz.123.com? I would highly appreciate your suggestions.
