Can you be more specific about your question?
Each hop is a separate sip transaction. Each must make a decision about
the transport to use. Those are independent decisions. If the transport
selected for the outbound hop happens to be different than that used for
the inbound hop, then I guess you would say that there has been
"transport switching".
