Hi Manoj,

To put a call on HOLD, session must be modified by sending a RE-INVITE.
When A calls B and A puts call on HOLD, it sends SDP with a=sendonly or
inactive.
It can also send blackhole SDP as c=0.0.0.0 which is not advisable.

This cause the softswitch/ app server to create a new media server session
with B, while A being locally mute. Ofcourse there will be 200 OK sent for
RE-INVITE.

Regards,
Sagar Sheth
