Hi all; I would like to ask you about 100 Trying for INVITE Request; The RFC 3261 says: "A server sends a 1xx response if it expects to take more than 200 ms to obtain a final
response " IS this mean the Proxy server should send the 100 trying after 200 ms, or the proxy can send it immediately? how the SIP proxy can expects that response can take more than 200 ms?
