[Sip-implementors] Dynamic transport selection (UDP-> TCP) ON SIP-I

I am reading that Dynamic transport selection (UDP-> TCP) in case MTU
is exceeded is the default functionality in MSS but I am not sure
about how this works. Anyone knows anything more on this?
