In the last 4 SIPits, there have been a bit over 100 endpoints tested,
of which 1 had S/MIME support.

As far as I know, the reason S/MIME is not supported is that the
market does not demand (is not willing to pay extra for) any feature
for which S/MIME is the mechanism.
