Hi All,
I am curious, if a secure session (SIPS) establishment starts and there
are two proxies b/w UAC and UAS path which done support SIPS, what will
happen to session establishment?
Will the communication downgrade to SIP (non-secure) or the session
establishment will terminate?
The defined rules for use of SIPS forbid downgrading.
But there are no protocol police, so there isn't really any way for the
UAC and UAS to *know* if some of the signaling has been downgraded.
Thanks,
Paul
