The document was reviewed by a number of SIP experts during WGLC in the
ROHC group, and the attention of the SIP WG was drawn to this document
at the time.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the

be sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead. In either case, please retain the
beginning of the Subject line to allow automated sorting.
