A reminder:

When making comments, please clearly identify:

-       the section being commented upon, and therefore impacted by any 
resolution (extracted text is also useful)
-       the level of the comment (NIT, minor technical, major technical)
-       the comment itself
-       any suggested resolution

We will tabulate any reviews according to the above.
