We have the entire family of mid-call "telephony tunneling" events for which we've previously agreed to use INFO as use cases. I think the clear factor between scoping events to an INVITE dialog (INFO) versus a SUBSCRIBE dialog is whether the events being reported are completely bounded by an INVITE dialog. That is, they're what we would have previously called "mid-call events".
