It all depends on which jurisdiction the people and machines happen to
be in when served with a warrant, and who is doing the serving.
I've had to cough up student traffic at a university, employee traffic
at a company, and customer traffic at an ISP. IETF would likely have the
same experience.
It doesn't matter if you don't have the info.
The question is: when can they come and tell you that you must install
LI hooks into your system?
