I've revved Location Conveyance, which the chairs just announced a 1
week WGLC for it.
I would appreciate some reviews, even just giving this doc a thumbs
up (to the list of course).

The changes are slight, and only centered on one topic, which is the
text surrounding the Geolocation header's ABNF wrt the placement of
