Ok, you meant the "attended transfer" case in which Alice sends a
REFER to Carol containing the Contact URI of Bob (while Alice is still
in a dialog with Bob).

Interesting case, right. What I think is that all this stuff is
unclear, confusing, badly designed and error prune.
