thanks to Dragos Vingarzan, SIPp [SVN 27] now supports now 3GPP/AKAv1-MD5 authentication. This means that SIPp can be used to test SIP IMS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Multimedia_Subsystem ) subsystems.
SIPp 1.2 is on its way.
