I dont think sipp supports comparison of values (not sure though).
But i feel you can have a program (for example, a shell script) that
compares its two arguments and logs messages appropriately. Since you have
already extracted the header values using regexp, you can pass them as
arguments to the shell script using sipp exec command feature that you have
already used.
