I was trying to implement random pause times in the Windows released executable, but I'm starting to think that it was built without GSL. I tried to build my own executable with GSL, but whenver I try to compile from scratch in Windows, (either using SVN latest, or 1.1rc8), I get an exectuable that runs, but doesn't do anything. (I can run it, but it doesn't respond to any flags, and just returns to the command line.)
Can someone rebuild the Windows version with GSL? (Or show me how to get it building correctly?) Make runs fine with no errors, and I've installed the ipv6 update to cygwin.
