What you can try to do is to retrieve the Contact URI using a regular
expression and store it in a call variable.

<recv request="INVITE">
  <action>
    <ereg regexp="sip:.*" search_in="hdr" header="Contact:"
check_it="true" assign_to="1" />
</recv>

And in the BYE, use [$1] as the request URI.

PS: I've not tested, so i'm not sure it works ...
