I don't think there is any way to get the initial cseq different on a per
call basis, there is no protocol reason to need it so nothing was ever
implemented.

When i am making 10 calls in SIPP , for each call cseq number is same. I
want that the cseq number should be incremented for each call .  

In the SIPP HElp one command is given -base_cseq. when i am using this
command 

sipp -base_cseq -sf uas.xml (for server script). system is showing errror
i.e unaable to parse or load -base_cseq. can u plz help me in this regard
