Hi all!I am not trying to rock the boat here. Please read without any
prejudices. All my professional life I have been programming in C/C++, so I do
not have any reason to promote Java. Except for the benefit of this wonderful
tool.I see that maintaining working solutions on all platforms is becoming more
difficult. Compilation issues on different platforms are constant worry. GUI is
almost impossible. All these could be alleviated if SIPp is transcoded to JAVA.
One may object that if written in Java it will not run as fast and efficient.
But, with today's machines it would run fast even if written in Java.Maybe this
was already discussed at one point, however I do not remember seeing any thread
of this nature. Is there any chance this thought is given a reasonable
consideration?Regards,Zarko CoklinĀ
