Evegeny, It changes the string ";" between fields to a string of your choosing. In Europe, Excel uses ";" to differentiate fields, but in the US it uses ",". So we always use -stat_delimiter , (meaning "-stat_delimiter" [space] [comma]) which separates the fields using a comma instead of a semi-colon. This makes it easier to load the files into our spreadsheet program. You can, however, choose any arbitrary string.
