If the process is killable with sudo, you can try to modify the php file which does the process killing. In stop_sipp.php on line 47 change the line exec("kill -KILL ".$pid); to something like exec("echo \"password\" | sudo -S kill -KILL ".$pid); I havent tested it, but it should work. Anyway, I dont think I need to mention that it is not wise to write your root password in a plaintext file. If you find a better solution, please let me know. Unable to kill process with pid xxxxx The process is owned by Apache, and fully killable with sudo in the terminal. Starting processes is fine. And System Information shows version without problems. Trying Safari, Firefox and Explorer on WIN.
