The sipp log from TS1 and TS2 (the normal log, not SIP message dump) would be 
useful.

As calls seem to initially go through, a reason for the IHS to go up could be 
the time measurements. Looking at your modified scenario files, it seems you 
indeed did not properly define your time metrics and measurements. You seem to 
have left the default UAC metrics defined but then your time measurements don't 
seem to properly take care of them. Rtd[3] and [4] are left undefined in the 
scenario (and hence possibly uninitialized at run-time - I did not look into 
source code to verify this). Since rtd[3] is specified with a max value, it 
this might cause an IHS.

Also, rtd[1] seems wrong in the way it's computed (the local rtd1 in UAC has a 
measured time, not a timestamp but is then used as a timestamp in an rtd_eval 
action.

Part of the problem might be the few rtd="true" you have on recv 200/180/487. 
IIRC this implicitly affects rtd[1] which is probably not what you intended to 
do (copy-paste from another non-IMS bench scenario?).
