Do you mean you want to write a UAS scenario for SIPp that handles REGISTER and SUBSCRIBE requests at the same time? If so, you can use conditional branching (http://sipp.sourceforge.net/doc/reference.html#Conditional+branching). Basically, you create different sections in your xml file for handling different messages.
