        As I read it, -i sets the IP address listed in the fields in the 
INVITE, but doesn't control which source address is used.  Likewise for -mi and 
the call itself.  To control the address out which the traffic goes, I believe 
you need to use -ip_field (and not the other twoA) with an injection file.
