Hi everyone,
I'm using IMS Bench SIPp and I would like to simulate the behavior of SIP IP
phones which means :
Register on the registrar
If the registration fails, it retries to register.
Once registered, the phones keep sending keep-alive regulary to keep the
connection active.
In parallel, make a call of those keep-alives.
What I propose is:
First run : sequentially, in the same scenario : registration + loop if
registration fails
Second run : In parellel a scenario simulating the loop of keep-alives +
another scenario to simulate one or several calls.
What do you think of his scheme?
I am obliged to separate the registration and the keep-alive loop bcause I
need to get back statistics with the -trace_stat option about registrations
. Since we can't get back statistic until a scenario finishes (or am I
wrong?), I can' wait for the loop keep-alive loop.
Any piece of advice is welcome.
Thank you.
PS : my register scenario works very well If 'im just using on run (the
pre-registration phase) but I got 100% IHS once I add a second run to
execute others scenario later, any idea what's going on?
