Hello,
In a 3-way calling scenario, assume that there are 3 users UE-1, UE-2 and UE-3.
A call(RTP session) between UE-1 and UE-2 has been established. Now UE-1
presses Flash button to put UE-2 on hold. Pressing of the flash button actually
sends a RE-INVITE message from UE-1 to UE-2 with the option "a=SEND ONLY". Now
UE-1 calls UE-3 and RTP session is established. Now if a conference is to be
established between UE-1,UE-2 and UE-3, UE-1 presses Flash button again.
I would like to know what message is sent when the flash button is pressed for
conference. Is it an INVITE message again?
Also, any pointers on how to mix the 2 active RTP sessions would be very
helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sriram
