You need one SIPp instance (i.e. process) for C. Even if the calls overlapped, 
C would treat the call from B as a new call (provided it used a different 
CallID - which it should).

 

You cannot have two processes for C because they would both be listening on the 
same port which Linux (and most OS) will not allow.
