Hi,
Is GSL working? You can verify it with using gsl-randist command.
(gsl-randist 5 10 exponential 45 for example).
If GSL is working properly, the problem probably comes from SIPp
compilation...
If you compiled it yourself (I mean, without a package manager), have
you done a "make clean"? Sometimes temporary files (like the ones
generated by the "./configure") are still there, and for example in your
case have not the info about GSL being present on the system.
Is it possible to compile it in some sort of debug mode? Maybe you'll
get more information...
In the last resort, you can run sipp in strace, you'll be able to see
everything the soft is doing, and probably the source of the error...
