Hello Everyone, I know this may seem like a dumb issue but I am not that familiar with using zip files. I have downloaded the sipp-3.3.tar files and unzipped it. However, after doing so I am unable to find any executable file for installing the program. The ReadMe text file did not offer any clarification on the subject. I am installing this on Windows and have already installed the Cygwin program. If you could help me with this instillation issue I would really appreciate it so I can begin learning to use the program.
