autotools packages are not avail under cygwin installation packages.

The following autoconf packages are already installed:

13-1      autoconf: Wrapper scripts for autoconf commands
2.13-12 autoconf2.1: Stable version of the automatic configure script builder
2.69-2   autoconf2.5: An extensible package of m4 macros that produce shell 
scripts to automatically configure software source code packages.
2.64-2   gcc-tools-epoch2-autoconf: [gcc-special] automatic configure script 
builder

Is this combination ok?

Any other new idea?

You may need to install 'autoconf' or 'autotools' as well.
