I usually want to be on the safe side so I would use
|<ereg search_in="hdr" header="Refer-To:"
regexp=".*User-to-User=([0-9a-fA-F]*)%3bencoding%3dhex.*"
assign_to="dummy,user-to-user"/>|
If you are 200% sure there won't ever be another hex string inside the
Refer-To value than the one you are interested in and that capital
letters would always be used, you may use
|<ereg search_in="hdr" header="Refer-To:" regexp="[0-9A-F]{6,}"
assign_to="user-to-user"/>|
