Hi SIPp Team,

I would like to get the simultaneous calls, so I add --call-length 20” in the
command, the call will be kept for 20s, but some calls failed at the last “BYE”
step.
If I keep Ccall-length as the default value 5s, all the calls succeeded.
And could someone help me with the “BYE” step’s failure?

It can also be seen from the table, the current simultaneous calls No. is 465.
Do you know any other parameters could be reconfigured to increase the
simultaneous calls No.?

Thanks,
Linda

Subject: How to get the max calls

Hi SIPp Team,

I use SIPp to do performance testing on my local clearwater deployment and get
the results below:

/usr/share/clearwater/bin/run_stress clearwater.opnfv 10000 30 --sipp-output
--icscf-target 10.67.79.12:5052 --scscf-target 10.67.79.12:5054 --base-number
2010000000 --multiplier 10 --ccf 10.67.79.11

Total calls: 32500
Successful calls: 32358 (99.5630769231%)
Failed calls: 142 (0.436923076923%)

According to the result during 30 mins with 10000 subscribers:

It seems the totals calls 32500 is an accumulated value during the 30 mins,
right? But how could I get the result of calls which are online simultaneously
during a period? Or how could I make all the successful calls online for 10
mins maybe without BYE. One parameter named ‘call-length’ in run_stress script,
does it refer to the time duration the successful call can keep for?
What are “max_recv_loops” and “max_sched_loops” used for?

Thanks,
Linda
