Hello:

As I'm using SIPP 3.6 I'm seeing this error frequently on the UAC side of
scenarios -- maybe about 50% of the time when using TCP (-t t1):

"
The following events occurred:
2022-04-14 22:31:12.442122 1649989872.442122: Unable to connect a TCP
socket.
Use 'sipp -h' for details, errno = 99 (Cannot assign requested address)
"

"Cannot assign requested address" -- what does this means exactly? Any
pointers on how I could find out?

Thanks!
