Hey group...
Is anyone having any issues with caller id being displayed improperly on
Polycom phones. We're running sipx 3.10 and 3.0.2C firmware on our phones
(previously 2.2.2) and our caller id is displaying SIP:5554443333@ (where
5554443333 is the number of the inbound caller) for the inbound caller
number. We've had this issue with Polycom firmware 2.2.2 and 3.0.2C (the
only two firmware configurations we've used).
The biggest problem with the display issue is that if you try to re-dial a
missed call from the phone it fails because it's trying to dial
SIP:5554443333@
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
