Sorry, I forgot that "snapshot" may not be clear to everybody.  A
"snapshot" is a standardized tar file containing debugging information.
You can generate one using sipXconfig (see
http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Backup_and_Diagnostics#Snapshot)
or by running the "sipx-snapshot" command from a shell.

No, because (1) the odds are high that I will need to look at another
log file (which would be in the snapshot) as well to figure out the
problem, and (2) you haven't sent sipXproxy.log.

Send a snapshot, and then we'll look at your problem.
