Sorry, got sipXproxy and sipregistrar debug turned on now and a snapshot at

A call comes in at 2008-07-03T15:48:04.816106Z    That is UTC, local 
server time
is 10:48:04.   Call from 978-490-4300 to 978-848-4027.   That is a cell 
phone to the
sipx platform and should be forwarded to the auto-attendant based on the 
03. rule.

sipx returns Trying but never Ringing nor OK.    The message never seems 
to get
to the mediaserver.   The suspicious lines to me occur in 
sipregistrar.log:3037

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
