If you are asking for help (rather than diagnosing it yourself), capture a snapshot and give the extension of a particular phone that isn't registering. If you are diagnosing it yourself, and you think the proxy isn't running, check if the proxy is running. If you don't have a lead, use "merge-logs --containing=[extension]" to extract the registers for a particular phone and analyze from there.
