I see this AM that my fix didn't work, since @SIPX_BINDIR@ also has the
same problem as @bindir@ in sipXtackLib for RPMs.
 
I've backed out my XECS-1950 changes (in r14146), and I'll check that my
next change works in the RPMs as well as development environment before
I commit.
