Right, of course. I would expect this dependency to be enforced. i.e. sipXsupervisor won't allow/attempt running of sipXivr if FreeSWITCH isn't also running. How will this work in the GUI? Would it be naïve of me to hope that attempting to stop FreeSWITCH alone will result in a warning that sipXivr will be stopped as well? > I suggest FreeSWITCH -> Media Engine Makes sense, though that unfortunately does not make it apparent that this service drives the Conferencing functionality. :( > BTW: Trunk version of FreeSWITCH can now do conferencing in > Polycom HD (G.722, G.722.1 and G.719) I think we are using the trunk version, and I've been looking forward to these codecs too. I think at this point then it may only be a matter of enabling them in sipXconfig? -Paul _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list sipx-dev@list.sipfoundry.org List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-dev
