That's intentional (the audience is developers, who are presumed to be
working on something closer to main).  However, that area of the site is
(at present at least) updated only by hand when I get around to it,
which is not on any fixed schedule.  Next time it looks like Release
Engineering has little to do, I planned to ask them to automate it
(2011?).  Volunteers welcome.

No, but I have not looked very deeply.

No, they don't.  In theory of course that's pretty easy, but at this
point it would be manual.  If you'd like to work on it, I'm happy to
show you how to update the site.

That's my fault... I made some site stylesheet changes several weeks ago
and clearly busted this display.  I'll sort that out today (I made the
same mistake elsewhere ... fix is easy).
