Looks like DropdownDatePicker component (dojo) is not fully localized.
This is used by Tapestry.
I am attaching a script that is a sample of the new DateTextBox dojo
component (a dijit widget) that replaces DropdownDatePicker starting
with dojo version 0.9
Please load it in a Firefox or whatever browser and take a look. Let me
know if this is suitable to package it in sipXconfig
