In recent builds 4.1.0-015999 onwards, modifications done to most of the
screens of the User say,
-Adding a user (*without enabling the 'shared' checkbox*)
-Editing an *un-shared* user's details on the Identification, Contact
Information, Personal Auto-attendant, Permissions and Caller ID screen,
prompts for restart of sipxSaaService. When a user is not-shared why
should the sipxSaaService be marked for restart when the above mentioned
screens are modified? Is this correct?
