Cudos for changing the validusers.xsd.in file, but I think you missed adding "passtoken" as an element of "user". sipXivr parses validusers.xml in org.sipfoundry.sipxivr.ValidUsersXML if you want to add passtoken to it. As is, it will be ignored (as non-understood elements should be).
