SipPublishContentMgr::unpublish is a function that frees the memory from published content for a subscription. SAA is currently pretty much the only user of it - I call it when an AppearanceGroup is deleted on shutdown or because the AOR is no longer marked as shared. It destroys all the content for the resource - then it calls the observer for the content change, which causes a NOTIFY to be sent, but there is no content because we've destroyed it all!
I think it might be a copy-paste error from the publish function, but it seems to me that the unpublish function should NOT call the content callback. Any objections if I remove this?
