I don't see why the line being 'shared' would have anything to do with
MWI.  If that line has a mailbox, it should subscribe to notices for
that mailbox, and display the status of that mailbox.  If there are
other lines for other addresses on the phone, they should diplay the
status of the mailbox for those other lines.

The Polycom phones display icons and lights for each line; there may be
low end phones that have only a single light, but I don't expect those
would be useful for shared lines anyway.
