Yup - there is a reason - we had some problems getting it to work properly. Had something to do with dialing rules pages requiring data in HTTP session which was missing when we got the from gateway page. I am sure it was entirely solvable but we didn't have time to look into it and I decided to take it in its current, imperfect form. If there is not issue for fixing that yet, please open a new one.
