Currently, you only need to enable/disable MyAssistant in SipXconfig for
one group, not for every group.

I think the proposed solution will lead to a simpler user experience. It
is true that the special "Personal Assistant" group will show up in
user's roster list without asking for permission, but so do other groups
created by admin, and it is a good way to expose the "Personal
Assistant" feature :-)
