I think he suggesting the proxy look in the RLS for the call info before 
sending out another subscription.  Not that the RLS perform the invite.

Sounds like an elegant method too me.  Call pickup now is hit or miss for 
several phones brands.

It's important to note that call pickup generally does fail if the line
that is being picked up is on more than one UA. I'm not sure the RLS is
the place to look, because that is not a place a call is actually
connected from, I think it should be the proxy allowing the pickup.
