Hi All,
I added 3 users and phones to user say
userid Name Phone
201 - kumaran Polycom
202 - venkatesh Polycom
203 - Thiru Bria
When user 201 dial 202,in 201 phone it displays as follow To: venkatesh
202
When user 201 dial 203 ,in 201 phone it displays as follow To; 203
203
When Polycom Calls Polycom the name displays on caller
My question is why when Polycom call bria ,the name is not displays on
Polycom phone(caller) ?
Observation
Same thing seen when Bria call Polycom..
