I hope you misunderstand my query.Here the scenario
Scenario:
1.user 200 is Agent in OpenACD
2.Stop mongod service
3.Navigate to users->200
4.Modify the user setting like pin or name and Click on Apply
button
5."Cannot Connect Call Center" message will be displayed
6.Navigate to users->200->speed Dial
*7.Set Speed dial for any extension.Click on Apply button
8.Changes Applied successfully.*
So Point *7&8 *is Valid or Invalid when Mongod services is not running
but user present in Agent group.
